HOW TO ORDER A VIRTUAL TOUR & FAQ

STEP 1 --- As soon as you get your listing, call VIP Concepts at (808) 990-2649 to make an appointment for shooting your virtual tour.  Please have all your information like MLS number, property address, contact information and billing information ready.  OR, just download the Order Form for Virtual Tours (here) , print it, fill it out and Fax it to us at (808) 217-9942.  You will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment at the property for filming.  Please allow approximately 1 hour for the basic 4 scenes.

STEP 2 --- After your property is filmed, we will process the images and create your virtual tour within 48 hours.  We will e-mail you a URL address where you can view your virtual tour.  We provide you a link which you can add to your MLS page.
Now your property can be viewed 24/7 anywhere there's an internet connection.  Upon request we can upload your virtual tour for you to the MLS page if you provide your login information (user name & password)

How shall I prepare my property for filming?

  • If  you need outside shots, be sure it's a bright sunny day.  If the view is important, schedule your appointment for as early as possible in the morning.
  • Clean the house as you would for an open house.  Make sure all lights are working and the windows are clean

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

  • Call VIP Concepts if you need to reschedule.  We must have 48 hours notice or you will be charged a $20.00 administrative fee.

What should I do if I am late for an appointment?

  • If you are late, call (808) 990-2649 and let the photographer know that you will be late.  If it's less than 15 minutes, the photographer will wait for you.  If it's MORE than 15 minutes, you might be asked to reschedule or pay for the extra time.

Do I have to be there the whole time for the filming?

  • No.  You only have to be there in the beginning to point out what you'd like to have filmed.

Can I pay by credit card?

  • Yes.  We accept all major credit cards.
